Toyota 4WD Surf Owners

just suddenly my surf (KZN185 diesel) lost blinker function, both left and right side not functioning. checked the 10A fuse, looks find and there is 12V there. anywhere else to look at? where is the blinker relay located?

update, the blinker is located behind the fuel panel. itself is OK. but i found the wire connected to the fuse had a dry join. it is hard to access, so i solder another wire to join the fuse and fixed the problem.
