Hello,

Just curious if anyone has tried dynamically timing the 2LTE?

As I read all the info I can find about the resistor modification on the pump I figure the best way to codify changes specific to resisatnce mods would be to measure dynamic timing...? Or am I off base here?

I have a diesel pulse pickup and timing light and have successfully timed many a 7.3 litre Ford V8 Diesels here in the old USA...I can't imagine it'd be too hard to do on the little 4 cylinder, nor would the procedure be any different...I would also assume that approximately 8.5* to 9.5* would be about the "sweet spot" for drivability and avoidance of diesel knock...

Jon
