Hi sorry to be a pain, I just can't get my head around uploading photos. I'm fairly computer literate and have tried with varying degrees of success.
Perhaps one of you guru's could publish a step by step guide for the uninitiated and post it as a sticky...perhaps go one further n do a windows and a mac guide?

There are various online photo storage sites such as Imgur, photobucket, etc. Once you have registered a username there, you can upload pics and then post a link to them here using the "img" box above^.

Im struggling too. I now have an app that allows me to resize photos. I was getting message that they were too large.
Now when i press the add image, browse and find the photo. I press upload and the message just says uploaded. But does not appear on the post. I can cut and paste the link into the post, but it shows as a url. There must be an easier way,
I am using a Samsung tablet not a PC. Could this be my issue?

My Samsung phone has an app "reduce photo size" that lets me modify a pic. Once you adjust the pic to around 20kb(ish) instead of 10 Mb, you can upload it to one of the free sites mentioned above.

Photobucket and imgur allow you to upload a lot of pics for free. Then you can link the online pic to this page or any other page. But beware, once your pics are online, they are there forever.
